Digital Communications Officer

You will be responsible for creating engaging online content and using digital communications channels for profile raising, educating and informing communities, and encouraging people to take action.

£25,000 p/a
37.5 per week – Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00 with occasional evenings and weekends
Hybrid working from both home and office, with regular travel in and around the Forest. Our main office is in Dorsington, Warwickshire

About the role

You will be joining the charity at an exciting point in its journey and will play a key role in our work to combat climate change, boost biodiversity, and enable more people to spend time in woodlands. 

As the charity’s first Digital Communications Officer, you will work closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager and can shape this role and our digital communications strategy. Working with rich content, powerful messaging, and compelling stories, you will collaborate with colleagues across the charity to push our online communications to the next level.

With your help, we will increase awareness, engagement and support for the Heart of England Forest – helping us to carry out our vital work.
