Director of People & Culture
We are delighted to be looking for our first Director of People and Culture who will develop and deliver the charity’s people strategy for employees and will lead on implementing a high-performance, collaborative and open culture and one in which our values can be seen in all of our activities.
About the role
The Director of People & Culture will be the expert voice on their area within the charity. The post-holder will be adept at forward thinking, looking very far ahead as we ensure we have the required skills, knowledge and expertise to be able to create a forest for future generations. You will need to understand long-term threats and opportunities from a people perspective that may impact strategic plans, whilst at the same time having attention to detail on the monitoring of the here and now. You will be responsible for ensuring that a comprehensive people development strategy is in place that enables the charity to provide a sustainable forest for the long-term benefit of people, wildlife and the environment.
