Fundraising Assistant

We're looking for someone to join our small, but busy fundraising team at an exciting time of growth and development.  This new role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to combine their passion and commitment to protecting our natural environment with a talent for building relationships, engaging people and inspiring action.

£21,255 p/a
37.5 per week – usually Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with some weekend and evening work
Hybrid working from home as well as our offices in Dorsington is available. The post holder must be able and willing to travel in and around the Forest on a regular basis.

About the role

This is an exciting chance for someone starting or changing to a career in fundraising to gain experience and develop a wide range of fundraising skills. You will play an important part in helping to support all fundraising income streams including corporate partnerships, community fundraising, grant & trust fundraising, and major donors. 
The role requires someone who is confident, highly organised and articulate, who has ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to share and promote the work of the charity, secure support and provide excellent supporter experience.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to be part of a significant moment of progression and growth for the Heart of England Forest. Supporting the charity as they work to grow their supporter base and help raise funds to enable the charity to deliver its wide-reaching work and achieve their charitable objectives.
